We at Sportify (“Sportify”, “we”, “us”) respect your privacy and want you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you. This Privacy Policy covers our data collection practices and describes your rights to access, correct, or restrict our use of your personal data.
Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the Sportify website, mobile applications, APIs or related services (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You shouldn’t use the Services if you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.
1. Privacy Policy. As a general rule, this website does not collect Personal Information about you when you visit the site. You can generally visit the site without revealing Personal Information, unless you choose to provide such information.
2. Site Visit Data. This website records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes your server's address; the name of the top-level domain from which you access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser you use; the date and time you access the site; the pages you have accessed and the documents downloaded and the previous Internet address from which you linked directly to the site. 4. Email Management. Your email address will only be recorded if you choose to send a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will be added to a mailing list only for this and upcoming course related information. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed, without your consent.

Collection of Personal Information. “Personal Information” shall mean the information which identifies the User, name, email address, phone number, password or any other information provided to Sportify at the time of registration or any time thereafter. Sportify shall use your Personal Information to communicate with you. The said communication can either be by calls, text or emails. If at any time you wish to not receive any communication from our end you can opt-out of the same by writing to us on central@sportify.asia.
6. Note. The use of the term "Personal Information" in this privacy statement refers to any information from which your identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained.
7. Copyright Policy. The contents of this website may not be reproduced partially or fully, without due permission from Sportify. If referred to as a part of another publication, the source must be appropriately acknowledged. The contents of this website cannot be used in any misleading or objectionable context.
8. Hyperlink Policy. Links To External Websites/Portals. At many places in this website, you shall find links to other websites/portals. This links have been placed for your convenience. Sportify is not responsible for the contents and reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed in them. Mere presence of the link or its listing on this website should not be assumed as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and we have no control over availability of linked pages. Links To All India Council for Technical Education Website By Other Websites/Portals. Prior permission is required before hyperlink are directed from any website/portal to this site. Registrant Terms & Conditions

These Registrant Terms of Service (“Registrant Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Sportify (“Company”), and the person or entity agreeing to these Registrant Terms, on behalf of itself and its applicable affiliates (“Registrant”). These Registrant Terms may be updated at any time. In the event of an update to the Registrant Terms, Registrant will be emailed a notification and will be deemed to agree to the updated version upon continued use of Sportify services.
1. Incorporation by Reference. These Terms incorporate by reference the general Sportify Terms & Conditions available at https://score.sportify.asia (“General Terms” and “Privacy Policy”).
2. Notifications. You agree to receive emailed notifications about any event (“Event”) you are attending on the Sportify platform (“Platform”). You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions contained in any such email.
3. Data. Certain data and information that either (i) you submit to the Company or (ii) the Platform collects when you are accessing the Platform or attending an Event will be retained and stored by the Company and may be transmitted to the Event host. This data will be subject to the Sportify Privacy Policy.
4. Proper Use. In addition to the limitations on use imposed by the General Terms, the Registrant agrees not to use the Platform to (i) disrupt, hijack, or otherwise interfere with any Event or the ability of any other Registrant to use the Platform or attend any Event; (ii) spam any Event; or (iii) upload to any Event any material that violates the intellectual property rights of any other person.
5. Copyright Infringement. In the event that an Registrant believes that the Platform has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, Registrant may notify Company at central@sportify.asia and provide all of the following information, as required by the Copyright Act: (i) a statement that Registrant has identified content in the Platform that infringes a copyright of a third party for whom Registrant is authorized to act; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work Registrant claims has been infringed; (iii) a specific description of where the allegedly infringing material is located in the Platform, including a URL or exact description of the content's location; (iv) Registrant’s name, telephone number, and e-mail address; (v) a statement that Registrant has a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use); (vi) a statement that, under penalty of perjury, the information in Registrant’s notice is accurate and that Registrant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and(vii) Registrant’s electronic or scanned physical signature. Company reserves the right to delete or disable allegedly infringing content, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and to forward the information in the copyright-infringement notice to the user who allegedly provided the infringing content.
6. Limitation of Liability. Neither party shall be liable to the other party or to any other person for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental loss, exemplary or other damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or relating to: (i) loss of data, (ii) loss of income, (iii) loss of opportunity, (iv) lost profits, (v) costs of recovery or any other damages, however caused and based on any theory of liability, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or violation of statute, whether or not such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply. The total cumulative liability of either party and their respective licensors and suppliers arising out of this agreement and/or the termination thereof, shall be limited to the sum of the amounts paid for the applicable service only.
7. Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
8. In case the course is not conducted or any change of date(s) by Sportify due to any unavoidable circumstances the course would be delivered on altered day(s) and the same will be notified.
9. In case of failed payment transactions, Sportify would not be responsible and need to be followed up with the bank.
10. This certification is a short course for professional development and is not a diploma/ degree from any university.
11. All the information/ content/ course work provided are the sole intellectual property of Sportify Sports Education & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. The course certification will be awarded by Sportify and developed by Sportify’s professional courses brand “Score”.
12. No Warranties. Company’s sole warrants that the services will conform to the service descriptions under normal use and makes no other representation or warranty, whether express or implied, of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, company does not represent or warrant that (i) the platform will load or display events on every operating system or device, (ii) events will be presented error free or uninterrupted or (iii) that any event will be accurate or meet your specific needs. You understand and acknowledge that the company does not endorse or affiliate itself with any event and that the events are presented by third parties.
13. The course certification will be awarded only after submission of ‘self-assessment’ after the last module/ topic.
14. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and all other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, Sportify hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use Sportify Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
